Anyone with a new health problem, a symptom they want checked, or a question they would normally take to a clinic – and Pakistani families abroad arranging care for relatives at home.

What happens in the consultation
مشورے میں کیا ہوتا ہے
You join a secure video call at your appointment time. The doctor asks about your symptoms and history, looks at any reports you uploaded, and gives advice. Where appropriate you receive a prescription and a written summary afterwards.
مقررہ وقت پر آپ محفوظ ویڈیو کال میں شامل ہوتے ہیں۔ ڈاکٹر آپ کی علامات اور طبی تاریخ پوچھتا ہے، اپ لوڈ کی گئی رپورٹس دیکھتا ہے اور مشورہ دیتا ہے۔ جہاں مناسب ہو، بعد میں پریسکرپشن اور تحریری خلاصہ ملتا ہے۔
What to have ready

Each doctor sets their own consultation fee. The exact amount is shown on the doctor’s profile and again before you pay – there is no separate charge for this service.
