Yes. Add them as a family member in your account and book for them – the doctor sees that patient’s details, not yours.

You can cancel from your account. The refund depends on how close to the appointment you cancel – the cancellation window is shown when you book.

It is a secure video call in your browser. The room opens 10 minutes before the appointment; you do not need to install anything.

A physical examination, a test or a scan. For anything urgent or serious, or where an examination is needed, the doctor will ask you to be seen in person.
