What ApnaDoctor is
اپنا ڈاکٹر کیا ہے
ApnaDoctor is a platform that lets patients find PMDC-registered doctors and consult them online. We arrange the appointment, the consultation room and the payment. We do not practise medicine and we do not employ the doctors as clinicians.
اپنا ڈاکٹر ایک پلیٹ فارم ہے جو مریضوں کو پی ایم ڈی سی رجسٹرڈ ڈاکٹروں سے ملا کر آن لائن مشورے کی سہولت دیتا ہے۔ ہم اپائنٹمنٹ، کنسلٹیشن روم اور ادائیگی کا انتظام کرتے ہیں۔ ہم خود طب کی پریکٹس نہیں کرتے اور نہ ہی ڈاکٹروں کو بطور معالج ملازم رکھتے ہیں۔
The doctor decides, not the platform
فیصلہ ڈاکٹر کا ہے، پلیٹ فارم کا نہیں
Every clinical judgement – the diagnosis, the advice, whether to prescribe, whether to refer – belongs to the treating doctor. No prescription is ever produced automatically by this platform. A doctor may decline to prescribe, and may tell you that you need an in-person examination instead.
ہر طبی فیصلہ – تشخیص، مشورہ، دوا تجویز کرنا یا ریفر کرنا – معالج ڈاکٹر کا اختیار ہے۔ اس پلیٹ فارم پر کوئی نسخہ خودکار طور پر جاری نہیں ہوتا۔ ڈاکٹر دوا تجویز کرنے سے انکار کر سکتا ہے اور بالمشافہ معائنے کا مشورہ دے سکتا ہے۔
Not for emergencies
ہنگامی حالات کے لیے نہیں
ApnaDoctor must not be used for medical emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call Rescue 1122.
اپنا ڈاکٹر کو ہنگامی طبی صورتحال میں استعمال نہ کریں۔ ہنگامی حالت میں قریبی ہسپتال کے ایمرجنسی شعبے جائیں یا ریسکیو 1122 پر رابطہ کریں۔
Your responsibilities as a patient
مریض کے طور پر آپ کی ذمہ داریاں
Give accurate information about yourself, your symptoms, your medicines and your allergies – a doctor consulting online depends on what you tell them. Book under the right patient’s name; if you are booking for a parent or child, add them as a family member rather than using your own profile. Do not record the consultation without the doctor’s consent, and do not share another person’s medical information without their permission.
اپنے بارے میں، اپنی علامات، ادویات اور الرجی کے بارے میں درست معلومات دیں – آن لائن مشورہ دینے والا ڈاکٹر آپ کی بتائی ہوئی باتوں پر انحصار کرتا ہے۔ بکنگ درست مریض کے نام پر کریں؛ والدین یا بچے کے لیے بکنگ کی صورت میں انہیں فیملی ممبر کے طور پر شامل کریں۔ ڈاکٹر کی اجازت کے بغیر مشورے کی ریکارڈنگ نہ کریں اور کسی دوسرے کی طبی معلومات ان کی اجازت کے بغیر شیئر نہ کریں۔
Doctors on the platform
پلیٹ فارم پر ڈاکٹر
A doctor must hold valid PMDC registration and keep it valid, must consult only within their competence, must keep proper records, and must maintain patient confidentiality. Profiles are checked before they go live and can be suspended if registration lapses or a serious concern arises.
ڈاکٹر کے پاس مؤثر پی ایم ڈی سی رجسٹریشن ہونی چاہیے اور اسے برقرار رکھنا لازم ہے، مشورہ صرف اپنی مہارت کی حد میں دینا ہوگا، مناسب ریکارڈ رکھنا ہوگا اور مریض کی رازداری برقرار رکھنی ہوگی۔ پروفائلز شائع ہونے سے پہلے جانچی جاتی ہیں اور رجسٹریشن ختم ہونے یا کسی سنگین شکایت پر معطل کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
Booking, payment and cancellation
بکنگ، ادائیگی اور منسوخی
An appointment is confirmed when payment is received. The fee is set by the doctor and shown before you pay; ApnaDoctor keeps a commission from it, which is disclosed to the doctor.
ادائیگی موصول ہونے پر اپائنٹمنٹ کی تصدیق ہوتی ہے۔ فیس ڈاکٹر مقرر کرتا ہے اور ادائیگی سے پہلے دکھائی جاتی ہے؛ اپنا ڈاکٹر اس میں سے کمیشن رکھتا ہے جو ڈاکٹر کو بتایا جاتا ہے۔
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment are refunded in full. Later cancellations and missed appointments are covered by the refund policy.
Prescriptions and documents

A prescription or certificate is issued only where the doctor judges it clinically appropriate. Paying for a consultation does not buy a prescription, a medical certificate or a particular outcome. Documents issued to you are for your own use and must not be altered.
نسخہ یا سرٹیفکیٹ صرف اُس صورت میں جاری ہوتا ہے جب ڈاکٹر اسے طبی طور پر مناسب سمجھے۔ مشورے کی ادائیگی کسی نسخے، طبی سرٹیفکیٹ یا مخصوص نتیجے کی خریداری نہیں۔ آپ کو جاری کردہ دستاویزات آپ کے اپنے استعمال کے لیے ہیں اور ان میں تبدیلی نہیں کی جا سکتی۔
Your account
آپ کا اکاؤنٹ
Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account – it holds medical information. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
اپنا پاس ورڈ خفیہ رکھیں اور کسی اور کو اپنا اکاؤنٹ استعمال نہ کرنے دیں – اس میں طبی معلومات ہوتی ہیں۔ اگر کسی اور کی رسائی کا شبہ ہو تو ہمیں بتائیں۔
What is not allowed
کیا ممنوع ہے
Do not use the platform to obtain medicines for someone else under your name, to seek controlled drugs without clinical need, to harass a doctor or member of staff, to copy the site’s content, or to attempt to access records that are not yours.
پلیٹ فارم کو اپنے نام پر کسی اور کے لیے دوا حاصل کرنے، بلا ضرورت ممنوعہ ادویات لینے، کسی ڈاکٹر یا عملے کو ہراساں کرنے، ویب سائٹ کا مواد نقل کرنے، یا اپنے علاوہ کسی کے ریکارڈ تک رسائی کی کوشش کے لیے استعمال نہ کریں۔
Complaints
شکایات
You can raise a complaint from your account or by writing to info@apnadoctor.net. Complaints about clinical care are reviewed with the doctor concerned. Serious professional concerns may be reported to the PMDC.
آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ سے یا info@apnadoctor.net پر لکھ کر شکایت درج کروا سکتے ہیں۔ طبی نگہداشت سے متعلق شکایات متعلقہ ڈاکٹر کے ساتھ زیرِ غور لائی جاتی ہیں۔ سنگین پیشہ ورانہ معاملات پی ایم ڈی سی کو بھیجے جا سکتے ہیں۔
Liability
ذمہ داری
ApnaDoctor is responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. Clinical responsibility for the advice given in a consultation rests with the treating doctor. We cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted; where a consultation fails for a technical reason on our side, the refund policy applies.
اپنا ڈاکٹر پلیٹ فارم کو مناسب احتیاط سے چلانے کا ذمہ دار ہے۔ مشورے میں دی گئی طبی رائے کی ذمہ داری معالج ڈاکٹر پر ہے۔ ہم یہ ضمانت نہیں دے سکتے کہ سروس کبھی متاثر نہیں ہوگی؛ اگر ہماری جانب کی تکنیکی خرابی سے مشورہ نہ ہو سکے تو رقم کی واپسی کی پالیسی لاگو ہوگی۔
Governing law
قابلِ اطلاق قانون
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
یہ شرائط اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کے قوانین کے تابع ہیں اور تنازعات پاکستان کی عدالتوں کے دائرہ اختیار میں آئیں گے۔
